La ubicación del hotel, (a pie tienes acceso a tiendaa y restaurantes) alberca climatizada, el clima del cuarto siempre funcionó al 💯, los botones siempre muy amables y tienen el mismo personal desde hace hace casi 10 años que tengo llendo.

No hay camastros en la la playa y mi habitación no tenia espejo completo ni closet con puerta, el "closet " era un taburete abajo de la tele, no hay donde colgar ropa con ganchos

La estancia, la alberca, venir en temporada baja más que nada, el servicio fue muy bueno

Hay una señora afuera del elevador que quiere k le compres sus paquetes, le compramos el de las ballenas .. súper Ostigoza, lo malo que párese que te está esperando, y no fue grosera solo cada vez que nos veía nos ofrecia paquete .. y lo de la compra de el paquete familiar de vacaciones, duramos 6 días.. ni queríamos bajar 😅 de allí en más todo súper bien! Nos encantó !!

La ubicación es muy buena y la atención del personal de servicio excelente.

La permisibilidad de fiestas con demasiado ruido hasta altas horas de la noche. Desafortunadamente nos toco un evento privado en el cual hubo demasiado ruido todo el dia y parte de la noche por que el viaje no fue de relajación total.
