Hotel BlueBay Banús

Rooms were comfortable and as advertised

We booked this hotel as it had a main pool, and a quiet pool, u fortunatly the quiet pool was closed all week. There was no evening entertainment as advertised, and more annoying was that you had to pay for water at the evening meal. Half board you would have expected some water with your meal. Also, coffe in the room was not topped up! 2 sachets to last us the whole week! What a joke. Trusted booking.com but this hotel was dissapointing due to those factors, would not go back, advice is Avoid. Would have expected the basics from a four star hotel.

The hotel was clean, the food was mostly lovely and the staff were excellent.

The decore was a little out dated and could do with a revamp.

Had a lovely time at Bluebay banus. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. We requested a room with a balcony, which was lovely and looked over the garden with pool in the distance. Room 556. It was spacious and clean and the balcony area was lovely, with nice furniture. Pools were clean and can generally get a sunbed no issues. This was May so cant speak for later in the season. The breakfast was lovely with all youd expect from a buffet style brekkie abroad. The evenings were quiet at the hotel which is nice if you want to relax, but Puerto banus only a 10 min taxi ride and Marbella 20 mins away. So you have a nice mix of both quiet evenings and plenty of bar and restaurant style nights if you prefer. The hotel in some places could do with a little TLC, but we loved the traditional Spanish feel throughout. We will definitely return to Blue bay Banus

Calma mesmo com muita gente, paz Comida todos os dias diferente e boa Localização boa

Piscina fecha muito cedo 18:30 ainda tem muito dia e dava para aproveitar mais, a música ambiente tem apenas 4 faixas em loop podiam ir trocando. O carrinho das funcionárias podiam ter rodas de borracha bem cedo para quem está de ferias e pelo menos para nos que ficamos no andar de baixo faz um barulho a passar as 08:00

No último dia, fizemos check out ao meio dia . O nosso voo era só a noite , permitiram que ficássemos na piscina e depois disponibilizaram um quarto para tomarmos banho antes de irmos para o aeroporto. Foi uma atitude muito amável por parte do hotel, agradecemos imenso!
