Great spot and wonderful spot

The Reception area on arrival is really pretty and the staff friendly and helpful - especially Gabriel who helped us with dinner reservation, local info etc. We had room 315 for 2 nights - it was a good size, spotlessly clean, quiet - had a comfy bed, lovely shower and good suplies ie tea, coffee, toiletries etc. There is a fridge in the room with a chargeable mini bar. The location is excellent - easily accessible from the airport by bus and within walking distance to local attractions ie the Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Old Town etc. Breakfast was an additional €15 pppn which we didn't include - there are plenty of coffee shops etc nearby which we used instead. Would recommend.

Good location

Overall the stay was fine. The biggest disappointment was that while booking, it was said that the room has a bathtub, but it turned out to have a shower. And my room has a very weird layout, the shower from the next door room was between the wall next to bed and the shower in my room, so the soundproof feature only concerned windows, but all the noises from the neighbours shower was heard. Breakfast was good, although not very diverse. The strange thing was the garbage in the bathroom bin from previous tenant. Hope that other stuff was cleaned before my check-in.

We stayed at Congress Hotel for 2 nights, it took us around 40 minutes to get to there from the airport using public transport. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony. The hotel is situated a short walk from the old town so it is in a great location. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to explore the beautiful city of Vilnius from.

The rooms are nice, tidy and with a charm. The breakfast is of a bad quality, not so tasty even there is a choice. I would advice just to get something in the town. Also, in the morning there is smog and polution entering through the window due to two busy streets. I love my windows open...and here i regretted it greatly.
