la segunda habitación que nos asignaron, porque el primer dia nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que pagamos.

que al llegar nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que habíamos reservado, alegando que estaban ocupadas después de haber confirmado la reserva, además es un poco ruidoso el personal..

Hotel che conosco perché ho soggiornato diverse volte. É in fase di lavori e la piscina era chiusa. Non ho ricevuto nessuna informazione tramite Booking ma solo dutante il check in. Piccoli intoppi tipo, l'aria condizionata non funzionava, quindi mi hanno cambiato camera, la porta balcone era bloccata, l'acqua del water non funziona. Poi dopo 30/40 minuti abbiamo risolto ma é anche vero che un Hotel di questo prestigio dovrebbe giá garantire un servizio e una attenzione piú curata.
