Location.

Deadbolt on door does not function. The additional lock on door did not work as well. The only lock they had on the door was on the doorknob.

"A friendly, clean, quiet hotel with lakeviews!"

Regency Inn was a perfect location. You could walk across the street to Rene’s Cafe for breakfast. We could walk to Library Park to watch the fireworks. We enjoyed renting a Tahoe from Disney boat rentals and explore the beautiful fresh water lake! The owner operators are super nice. The King Bed was very comfortable and the best part about my stay were the comfy pillows! The facilities are clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Thank you Bob.

"Ok but won’t go back."
