Regency Inn Lakeport

3rd time I've stayed here,older but not too old feel,clean,friendly,inexpensive,great location! i love Renees Diner directly accross the street.

Nice by the lake but nothing else to recommend, decent bed.

Easy to access, one block from street that leads to freeway. Beautiful location on shore of lake, even in stormy weather we could watch waterbirds. During our stay it was very quiet, office staff seemed happy to be there. Winter prices were very reasonable.

Pool was closed and empty, website advertised a balcony but only one room had that. Only one pack of single serve coffee in a two person room. No tea bags offered. Vending machine wasn't working so my husband went to motel to use theirs, said he didn't feel comfortable/safe on the main street around midnight.

Simple and efficient.

Its clean and quiet. I like simple too, gives sense of peacefulness

Pool is closed, but view is nice.

Comfortable and affordable. Older property but well kept; rooms are clean and efficient.

Appreciate the simplicity and cleanliness. I slept well and felt safe, and accommodated, not much else to ask for.
