I've been to Belterra many times, but never really stayed there. But the room was ok. However, when you switched from the tub to the shower, the faucet began to leak all over the floor. Rm 851. I also wasn't aware that there was $112 security deposit for the room, after I already paid $220 for the room. But the stay was nice.

Everything was excellent, except the bed could have been a little softer. Location not so good in the middle of nowhere.. However the hotel has everything you need restaurants, shops. Definitely will stay again. All of the staff were very helpful and all had smiles to brighten your day.

Was not worth what we were changed for the room. I will not go back to the hotel. I was charged over $200 for the room and when I checked out I had to pay a resort fee on top of that. Way over priced for the small room.

Enjoyed everything except the bathroom. No vent fan in the bathroom. Steamed up badly when showering. Service was good at the bar in the Stadium Sports Bar but it was very slow if seated at a table.

It was a really nice stay. I love how you enlarged the casino. It's such a good time. I wish the tablets could work inside the rooms a lot better or maybe the internet could be a lot faster or something. But anyways if that's right there was like a big computer for check in and check out for the restaurant. You need some more food stuff around the building. I would also say that it was quick before we stayed which was nice. You guys have more stuff to do since the locks are nearby

"Good place to gamble and see a concert"

We went up there, the four of us to see a show. We did some gambling and eating. Everything was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable,. The hallways had a hint of smoke smell throughout the campus, but it was enjoyable stay. I would recommend it for a short stay.
