Nice spacious clean room. Low flow shower was inconvenient. Place is pretty isolated - we ate at the same restaurant for 3 days straight. We weren’t here to gamble - here for a college golf tournament. Staff is nice.

We came to see a band we like play. The showroom is very nice, not too big with reasonable and varied pricing. Our room was a non-smoking king and was quiet, clean, and in great shape. There were multiple dining options, but all very crowded and over-priced. The casino was mostly slot machines, which was fine for us as we're not big gamblers. Loved the free valet parking.

"I Recommend Avoiding Belterra."

Terrible, awful casino in my opinion. Save your money and go somewhere else. Location is hard to reach, rests are mediocre and casino is the worst we’ve ever been to. There are much better options in the vicinity like Rising Sun and Hollywood to visit with.

We want to Thank all of the following for a great time: Guest service Barb and crew where wonderful in assisting us as we are handicapped and in wheelchairs. Security Cody and crew for helping me up when I slid on the floor out of the chair as I have MS. Cleaning crew Nichol the helping us with luggage cart down 3 floors to leave. Valet crew for load our luggage when we left. Nosh for the great baked goods. The entire staff at Belterra was wonderful for assisting us when we needed it for our weekend stay and can't wait to return. Thank You, The Houston's Wilmington, Ohio

Our stay was nice. For the most part the room was clean. Only issues were there was hair in the jacuzzi tub and there was a lot of dust under the bed, behind the bed skirt. I only saw that because I didn't realize things couldn't roll under the bed and bent down to check that I hadn't left anything. The jets for the jacuzzi tub were not very powerful. Water pressure and hot water were amazing. The bed was comfortable.

"March Belterra visit"

Another fabulous weekend at Belterra. Great food at Club 38, Copper Whisk and NOSH. Loved the entertainment - Night with Adele concert. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff throughout whole facility. Amazing massage at Beleza. Already booked next month's visit.
