We had a complication in that another guest had stated that they were our party and took our room. The management dealt with the situation really well and had the other party leave (there was no vacancy). They then made sure the room was cleaned again and that we were comfortable. They dealt with what could have been a very awkward situation in a very professional and effective manner.
