Absolutely adorable! Beds were comfortable, room was clean with coffee maker and fresh water. The outdoor garden/patio area was perfect, I had my breakfast out there. All around, the place was fabulous! Will stay again!

Me and my friend booked flora house for our stay while visiting Denver to catch a concert at red rocks and let me tell you this place was beyond perfect! The stay itself is so cute and comfortable, all the little touches around the place truly made it spectacular! They’re also right across from a bar that does shuttle pick up/drop off for red rocks!

It is an old building so you do hear creaking in the floors but as far as noise control it’s actually pretty good!

The property was amazingly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and it is in a good location. My one criticism - and it’s a big one - is that the focus is on “pretty” rather than “practical”. I had just completed 3 international flights and arrived after dark. It’s in a residential area and does not have any external lighting so finding the property was difficult. I hadn’t had any sleep in 30 hours so was looking forward to a good night’s sleep. The blinds and curtains are beautiful but are not block out and let the sun shine in and woke me just after 5am. There are very pretty curtains in the bathroom which allow the people opposite to see in when the lights are on. There’s plenty of cushions but no tissues. You get the point !

Cute decor and breakfast was good. I would recommend going for a room on the 3rd floor as the people above us were stomping around their room at various hours after the "quiet hours". They do put ear plugs on the nightstands but I cannot comfortably sleep with ear plugs in. Otherwise everything was nice.
