They didnt clean the room throughout our entire stay

great sized room and relitively clean. good to have kitchen facility also even though it was small. the location is quite convinient as there are many restaurants and bars nearby

It took a while to check in as we were waiting in the lobby area for a long time, but it seemed only one staff member was there that day and had less problems during the remainder of the stay. The pool did not look that appealing due to the colour so we didn’t go in but it was nice to sit around on the bean bags. The rooms were clean but could have been cleaner and the kitchen too. Maybe some small seats on the balcony area would have been a nice touch

Not clean, dust and dirt build up inside, daily housekeeping below standard, plumbing issues with leaking pipes, pool dirty with no sign of chlorine used, no fridge as advertised, minimal seating available on lower deck, no seating for balcony on upstairs level, definitely doesn’t look like the pictures on internet as advertised on booking.com great location but would not stay here again and not recommend

located near a big supermarket and only a 15/20 min walk to the beach

- there are roosters that live next door & they are SO loud and will wake you up multiple times. - 2 of us got mould poisoning from the bedrooms - everything in our rooms got so damp - they tried to tell us (and other guests) that we hadn’t paid when we arrived (resolved through confirmation from booking.com) - the 2 sun loungers by the pool have mould on them - there is no room cleaning & when I arrived there wasn’t toilet roll in 2/4 of our rooms - the bedsheets were stained quite badly - mould on the back in the curtains - the walls are paper thin, can hear neighbours convos

the location the staff the aircon

there is mould in 3 of the rooms on the bottom floor , and at-least 1 room of the second. all 3 of us are now ill, the rooms are damp and smell. bug in the rooms

The property is beautiful with clean pool and amazing staff. Will go back again
