The service was excellent. They did care for my comfort. They also called to make sure I was not leaving behind a document. Breakfast was decent and they have bottled water available for you whole stay. We had a car and didn't have any issue of security as other guests claimed.

I had an issue with the sofa bed not ready when we just arrived. It was brand new with plastics and no linens. But I could solve it

"Acceptable, but not the quality I am used to with Hilton."

The room bed and pillows were comfortable.

Sadly, the pool is currently closed. The breakfast that was included was edible, but not well attended. When we ate at 9 on a Sunday, many items including the coffee, milk, and bread needed restocked even though breakfast was until 11. Sadly, nearly all staff I saw was sitting on cellphones during that time both days we were there.

Hotel was nice

There was no breakfast, staff called. Didn’t clean the room, was told that it was done every other day, so trash wasn’t taken out, didn’t receive clean towels, and necessities in bathroom weren’t full. Stay was just all around ok. Defiantly bring ur own pillows, pillows sucked.
