Friendly staff. Beautiful property. Very close to the beach and wharf.

Conveniently located off the main waterfront, the property is charming.

Be aware that noise-wise, guests are very much at the mercy of their neighbors... like many hotels I guess. However the shared spaces are quite tight in the upstairs king rooms, meaning you hear the comings and goings of others very clearly. King rooms are upstairs and difficult for those with mobility impairments. Note that rooms don't have aircon - which wass an issue on warm evenings... however the hotel doesn't claim to have aircon, so it's a 'buyer beware' situation :)

Well located for the price in the area. Free parking and breakfast a plus. Rooms small and need updating but fine. TV had to be reset and window shades broken. Note no air conditioning but ceiling fan which was fine.

Right by the beach, very short walk! A beautifully landscaped property and overall the rooms are good. TV was a little funky in our suite and we had to ask the front desk how to fix, we had to reset the tv and then waited for the DirectTV to reboot so it was a…thing. It was nice, good parking, close to a lot that you’d want to be close to so overall, 4/5. If I was to just judge the room, I may go down half a star.

Parking was difficult even on a Monday night. Very long walk with luggage for older couple. Rooms are spread apart and mostly single story which was nice noise wise.

Is a beautiful place, nice and quiet, beds are comfortable and room size perfect for my family, I love this place, will definitely go back there and definitely recommend it!!!!

I loved our room. We got a suite that had an adorable set-up: including a small kitchen with a microwave and stove top. The living/bed space was spacious in our suite and included a desk for work if needed. My favorite place was the fireplace in front of the couch, made for great wine nights and relaxing. I enjoyed the free water and coffee located in the lobby.

The parking... the parking is like a battlefield. We were lucky enough to be walking distance from State Street, so we barely used the car. But the parking spots are compact and there are few. Thankfully, we stayed during the middle of the week with not as many residents, but cannot imagine when at full capacity.

Had to make a day of arrival change. Both Booking.com and onsite staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. The property was beautiful and in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

The toilet, we felt like I was in kinderga again. This bathroom could easily accommodate a chair height ADA toilet. Also, the tub didn't have enough slip resistant strips. It was very slippery and felt unsafe because the grab bar was not a good location for us old folks.
