Felt like it was home away from home. We could hear the footsteps of those over us but it was no big deal. Great hottub near our room. Lovely place to stay.

Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to get our units close together. We had a great time.

Convenient location for visiting the Russian River area and all the wineries.

This was a last minute booking, for a 2 night stay, after a family event in the Bay Area. We loved our very roomy one-bedroom unit, for a lower price than other available properties in the Windsor / Santa Rosa area. Getting discounts at nearby wineries was a bonus perk!

The resort was nice with pool and several hot tubs. Condo was well equipped for preparing meals. Folgers coffee was a strange choice for complimentary coffee and charging for wifi was disappointing.

My husband and I have stayed here before and enjoyed the facilities. I requested a quiet room and that is what they arranged. We had friends stay with us in our 2 bdrm 2 ba. There were a few minor glitches at first but all was resolved quickly. Lisa at the front desk is amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. She is a jewel and makes everything so pleasant. Thank you Lisa for your kindness!

As mentioned before, there is a hard sell for time share just after and part of the check-in process. The employee did not take "no" very easily and continued to up the offer of discount stays and free days all while I continued to say I was not interested. Other wise the property is convenient, well maintained and fir our need perfectly.

A time-share vacation condo "resort". Clean, spacious and vey well equipped and maintained. The usual press to attend the time-share presentation applied. Check in was difficult (poor communications between front desk and housekeeping) led to long wait and frustration. Wi-Fi supplement of $4.95/day or $15/10 days seems dated and chinsy nowadays. The condo itself is great: clean comfortable and very well equipped. Overall, a good value for the area, if you know what you are going into.
