IC Hotels Santai Family Resort - Kids Concept

Tout était parfait. Le lieu est propre et parfaitement entretenu. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un accès direct à la plage et dispose de nombreux bassins et piscines adaptés à tous les âges. L’établissement est véritablement orienté vers les enfants et les familles. En plus du kids club, animé par un personnel particulièrement gentil et attentionné, on y trouve de nombreux espaces de jeux ainsi qu’un large choix d’animations encadrées par une équipe d’animatrices très investies auprès des enfants. Concernant la restauration, rien à redire : les produits sont frais, variés et de grande qualité. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et tout est excellent. Les nombreux bars répartis dans l’hôtel proposent un large choix de boissons, avec une mention spéciale pour le bar ouvert 24h/24, qui est un véritable atout. Cependant, attention pour ceux et celles qui mange halal et sans alcool,  on ne fait pas forcément attention en se disant qu'on est en Turquie mais il y a des repas qui contiennent de l'alcool comme par exemple la viande de veau au four mais une affiche indique la présence d'alcool. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre favorablement à toutes les demandes. Un grand merci également au jeune homme tatoué du restaurant, qui prenait systématiquement soin de nous accueillir et d’accorder une attention particulière à notre enfant dès notre arrivée au restaurant.

I loved the hotel, from the moment we arrived and we were helped with our suitcase and sent to breakfast, which was a huge array of foods and had a children specific restaurant, to the cleaners who made our beds, so friendly, we booked in for additonal services for the massage, Arti was fantastic - she did an amazing massage and facial, we hired a cabana, we booked the workshops, our sean attended the kids school, exceptional and staff were so nice to our little Sean. The pools and the beach, we found the pool with the slides, we were offered water sports, we had hoped for some more evening entertainment one evening there was a wonderful band but to be fair the weather was just starting to warm up, there was the club cafe, a teenagers room, a wonderful shop by the kids club. We would do this again, we visited in April, maybe we would wait a week or two but i am already looking it up for next year, I loved the food, they had a few a lar carte restaurant you could book in to pay for - worth trying everything and down the road the land of legends theme park. Highly recommend. We loved the cocktails and beach bar and the pop up activities , dart, archery, fishing - all amazing - well done.

after kids club there was no adult entertainment, but to be fair we arrived in early April, this would change - one night they had a good band outside and a few night a singer in the lounge bar, off course there was a nightclub which we didnt try. I would like to see some more show, Turkish shows but don't let you mislead you, most people want to be in bed by 9-10pm and there is so much to do from the moment you open your eyes and off course time to relax.

The food was extraordinary, great selections and diversity. This place is awesome for families with kids, there are lots of activities for chirldren. The ventilation system in all areas works very well, it smells fresh in all areas. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and overall the hotel was quiet, very good to relax.

English of staff was not good.

Сотрудники ресепшн🔥 максимально вежливые. Особенно один из менеджеров, к сожалению не запомнила имени, он знает русский язык. Оперативно поменял нам с мамой номер по моей просьбе на улучшенный, подарил ужин в итальянском ресторане, передал фрукты и напитки в номер, что было очень приятно🫶 компенсация за неудобства. Room service тоже на высоте. Просьбы исполнялись очень оперативно.

Ужасный клининг. Номера грязные, полотенца серые. За 5 дней ни разу не сменили постельное белье. Пыль собиралась на полу клубками. Отель, который славился ранее безупречной чистотой стал в этом плане на уровне 3*.
