Saint Simons Inn by the Lighthouse

Great location and friendly staff. Only downside of the room was that there was only one light between the beds instead of separate reading lights,

Last minute decision to visit Saint Simons Island for our anniversary. We didn’t get to stay long, but the accommodations were excellent and we enjoyed our time there. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great!

Once I saw the build-up on my shower head, it was a little difficult to get comfortable about the cleanliness. I did bring it to their attention, they and I tried to clean it but it actually needed to be replaced. At some point, you have to replace stuff. Also, I didn't get my room cleaned, so my trash cans were never emptied. However, the inn overall was well maintained. When you have to tell your kids, don't wash your face in the shower, that's not a place you would stay at again. My shower head was full of grime! It was pretty gross.

The property is quaint and old. It has a pleasant mix of the old and new. The Lighthouse is across the street and our dining options in The Village were excellent. We were greeted with a warm smile and some information about the area.

Staff was fantastic, rooms were clean and it's in a great area.

We absolutely loved staying here! The most perfect location- we could walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants within just a few minutes. Parking is a little tight (we have an F150), but it was never an issue. The staff was super nice and our room was always clean! We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided and access to the coffee machine all day. Bed was comfy, room was spacious. They even provided a pack-n-play for our one year old to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was beautiful. The hotel was awesome. You could see the lighthouse from there. Breakfast was good. The only complaint was it’s very noisy because it’s an older motel. It doesn’t have all the acoustics to keep it quiet so you definitely knew what was going on in the next room.
