Staff was excellent. Tv was not working properly the first night. My room was changed due to work being done in the original one with no notice. Remember the customers pick the rooms on line due to what they like or need in the rooms. I was supposed to bring my wife but luckily she stayed home. She needs a table to work from for her computers and the new room did not have one. The original one did. Footprints in the hallway carpet for 3 days (workers in the rooms I guess)

Easy parking. Very friendly check-in, everything was ready for us. Room was great. Shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast was good. Check-out was easy & again, they had everything ready for us.

We absolutely love staying here, it's the only place we stay on the island. We'll miss Jimmy, GM, but Tina is doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great, love 'em
