Colonna Beach Hotel Marinella

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Lage und gepflegter Umschwung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, jedoch keine Abwechslung. Das Nachtessen war immer sehr gut und die Kellner wirklich sympathisch.

Good location. Large swimming pool. Short walk to the beach. Free parking. Good Breakfast. & Service. Room had a great view of the Marinella bay. Spacious grounds Friendly Staff & Service. Room had all necessary amenities. Good location to explore Aranci Gulf, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo by car. Our flight was late at night and Staff were very kind to accommodate our request for access to showers late in afternoon before catching our flight.

The hotel is quite dated and in need of refurbishment. Old furniture, carpet, décor and layout. Lacks modernity and struggles to be a real 4 star in my opinion. Shower and tap water had a light brownish colour and rusty smell which probably emanated from water storage system or metal pipes. These factors negatively impact its value for money rating given the prices charged.

La posizione

Soggiorno al di sotto delle aspettative. La camera piccola e datata con un bagno fermo agli anni '70. Inaccettabile, per un quattro stelle trovare bicchieri di plastica in camera oltre a phon attaccato al muro con pulsante da tenere chiacciato per poter essere utilizzato. Servizi extra? Tutti a pagamento telo piscina: 3 euro; colazione: ben 20 euro a persona con una qualità che non giustifica il prezzo. Connessione WI-FI instabile e lenta; la TV offre solo canali terrestri, niente digitale ne satellitare: nel 2025 davvero assurdo. Ma il top dell'assurdo è stato scoprire che se volevamo cenare all'aperto ci sarebbe stato un supplemento di 20 euro cadauno oltre il prezzo della cena con menu da pensione mariuccia. In conclusione decisamente deludente, non certo un albergo da quattro stelle

Die Lage war von mir schlecht gewählt, da ist nix los.

Struttura ben posizionata, accesso privato alla spiaggia di marinella, piscina all' interno della struttura, servizio bar e di ristorazione, staff preparato e disponibile h24 e parcheggio privato

Per il costo dovrebbero ridare una sistemata ad alcune stanze, noi abbiamo soggiornato al piano terra, il problema era il bagno che essendo senza finestre e con un vecchio sistema di aspirazione presentava molte macchie di muffa al suo interno ( sopratutto nella doccia) questo causava un odore molto forte di chiuso in tutta la stanza.

The location was convenient.

The pool area was severely misrepresented: no towels, broken loungers, and no staff or drinks service in sight. For a supposed 4-star hotel, the lack of basic services and maintenance was unacceptable.
