I would never stay here again. My daughter and I were on vacation together. -Manager & dining manager are so unfriendly, like they hate their job and people. -If you don't buy half-board, you are treated like you are doing something wrong. The food wasn't good anyway. We ate there out of desperation 1 night. -They nickle and dime you for everything! Beach towls were 3 euros each. -Electricity was shut off for hours causing us to not be able to use wifi or hair dryer, curiling iron, etc. to get ready for the day. -Ordered a taxi through the hotel the day before we were leaving to get us back to the airport and it wasn't done. I checked in the morning, thank goodness, and another was ordered....supposedly. That one never came either and they put us in someone else's taxi. -Just terrible service and attitudes. -I asked for an iron and they snapped at me saying for safety reasons, they don't have irons in the room and expensive laundry service only. There has not been a hotel I've stayed at that doesn't have an iron in the room. This is FAR from a resort that they say they are. SO FAR FROM IT. I would never go back. Horrible.

Obwohl das Hotel fast leer war hatten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss - mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die Einrichtung ist total veraltet. Nie wieder!

Hotel molto organizzato (e bene) con tanti servizi offerti. Bella e grande piscina benissimo manutenuta. In alternativa l' Ospite ha disponibile accessibilità ottima a bellissima spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi) e convenzione con un ottimo lido. Benissimo ristorante per servizio mezza pensione (qualità e quantità assolutamente apprezzabili). Nulla da eccepire sulla colazione varia e di qualità. Pulizia ineccepibile sia delle camere che degli ampi ambienti comuni. Comodo il parcheggio privato dell' Hotel (gratuito). Staff molto cortese e professionale (abbiamo potuto apprezzare particolarmente personale ristorante : tutti gentilissimi ed efficienti). In sintesi una soluzione affidabile per una vacanza mare "no pensieri" , con prezzi certo importanti ma giustificati dalla globalità e qualità servizi erogati.

Great hotel! The staff is helpful and helps with every little thing. Upon arrival, we were immediately placed in the rooms we asked for in advance, many thanks to the hotel staff for this! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a pleasant Sardo interior, a comfortable bed, wardrobes, a minibar and a good bathroom with all the necessary hygiene products! Cleaning was every day, everything is very clean, thanks to the girls! The hotel has a wonderful warm salt water pool, it's cool, it's windy at sea! The beach is located 300 m from the hotel, it is a pleasure to walk to it through a green grove, not hot and not uphill! The beach service maestromare, with which the hotel cooperates, is simply amazing, the sun beds and umbrellas are comfortable, you can take each unit separately, for example, like us, 3 sun beds and 1 umbrella, since I love to lie in the sun! A coupon from the hotel for a discount on the beach is also provided! The beach has good wi-fi, the beach staff is very friendly, remembers you by name! They helped us organize a wonderful private boat trip along the Costa Smeralda with a skipper, it was unforgettable! There is also a delicious restaurant on the beach where we had lunch! The beach itself is well-groomed, sandy with a gentle entry into the water! The color of the water is simply incredible! A good supermarket is located 800 m from the hotel, where you can buy everything you need from small items to delicacies and good wine. There are not many restaurants nearby, but enough to have dinner, I would especially like to mention the family Trattoria Pintadera, the guys are very hospitable and the food is very, very tasty! If you don’t want to go anywhere, you can have lunch and dinner right at the hotel, there were always a lot of people, and they said it was delicious! If I were asked whether I would recommend this hotel and the resort to my friends, I would definitely say 100% yes.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is about 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. Rooms are small but comfortable. You have access to a relatively large swimming pool.

Lunch and dinner was too pricey for the quality offered. And if you don't have a car you don't have many option other than eat in the hotel. The restaurant area is bit dated aesthetically.
