Room spacious and clean Bathroom towels just need to be uodated

Very comfortable and clean nice welcome when we arrived walking distance to eating places

Outsoor sitting area needs some gardening attention. If you’re near the washing machines and dryers it’s very noisy in the morning with people talking and accessing the facilities. Also someone decided to put their washing on at 9.30pm and they went in and out till 12.15am (Saturday night).

Great room layout - very spacious

The room and the pool were great, only thing that was a let down was the pool area.not cleaned everyday and the ground around the pool was full of possum poo.overall a great stay.

The only disappointment was that while in the room with my husband someone else was able to use their keycard to enter the room. Management were also a little confused as to how that happened.

Everything was close by , bistro at Hotel was lovely and everything was in walking distance.

Our stay was good we are so happy with the service so clean, friendly staff

Close to beach and restaurants

Amazing stay loved everything we had a beach front room absolutely loved it. Beautiful views out over the bay park and carnival. We all loved staying here and we would definitely come back.
