Lors de mon arrivรฉe, le hall รฉtait envahi dโ€™adolescents qui hurlaient โ€ฆ je pouvais ร  peine entendre la personne ร  lโ€™accueil. Je peux comprendre quโ€™il y ait un rassemblement de jeunes mais cโ€™est un hรดtel et devoir subir les hurlements dans le hall, les couloirs, ร  la piscine (qui par consรฉquent nโ€™รฉtait pas vraiment accessible) alors que lโ€™on est en vacances nโ€™est pas normal.

non existent tooth brushes, body wash, no bluetooth connection for TV, no netflix. Shampoo, bodywash, and conditioner had excess of some slippery stuff on caps from whoever stayed in the room before.

The room is comfortable. However, the staff is horrible. They completely ignored my reservation with Booking regarding the price, charges, and stay duration. They said I would have to check out after 1 day and check in the next day. I finally decided to book another hotel through Booking: the Hyatt.

They dislike Booking.
