Spacious rooms, quiet, good location, comfortable beds

One of our rooms air-conditioning was not working but a new room was given without hesitation. Could have tea and coffee in room available. In twin room there needs to be a power outlet on both sides of bed, not just one.

La amabilidad del personal. La disponibilidad de servicios. La ubicación es muy cómoda porque estás a 5min del centro y fuera de la ZBE, que es un engorro cuando no eres de la ciudad.

La insonorización de la puerta de la habitación era mala. Se oía demasiado a la gente que iba por el pasillo, lo que sumado a la poca educación de algunos huéspedes puede resultar molesto por la noche

Faltaba albornoz en el baño, lo pedimos pero nos dijeron que era solo para habitaciones premium. Almohadas incomodas
