Nice clean hotel

The hotel was great. Two things stood out to me. The first was that the Bistro restaurant was open until 10:00 pm. We got in a little late and it was nice that we could have dinner right at the hotel. The food was great as well so that was a bonus. The other thing that stood out to me was the fitness center. This was one of the nicest fitness centers I have seen at a hotel. Overall a great experience.

The airport location is outstanding. The hotel staff was welcoming and very nice. The property was clean. The room was spacious and clean. The bistro bar was awesome. Adriana was superb. She created a great atmosphere and good company at the bar. Airport shuttle is a plus and hard to find.

Beautiful property. No more hairdryer in room, no small lotions, parking charges in a non downtown setting. 4 stars for those tiny details.

No hot water!

Overall stay was pleasant. Did not enjoy the shower. Shower head not great. Water sprays outside al over the floor. I am unhappy that I was charged $6 for parking in a city that has no shortage of land and space.

Very nice and quiet considering there is a runway right outside the window. The only downside is electrical outlets at the desk. Poorly located (behind the TV) for charging or having phones, watches, ipads etc dangling from the wall because the receptacle was high off the desk for devices to lay flat. NEED MORE receptacles and CONVENIENTLY located.

Very nice hotel. Clean room, friendly staff. The beds were too hard for me. They weren't terrible but I prefer a soft mattress. That's my only complaint.

I used the app to check in. We wanted to check in at 2:30 (check in time was 3pm). Our room was not ready and we were given a different room that was similar. Only issue we had was we did not get the city view we paid for and the room was facing a busy street. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. Outlets near our queen beds and on the floor lamp did not work. I never received our foam pillows I had requested on the app (probably because of being in a different room). The staff was very friendly and gave us the extra daily room coffee we requested. The pool and pool area was very clean (not heated). I swam in it twice. Very refreshing.
