"Apartament wymaga odswiezenia i zmian."

Świetna lokalizacja: blisko do sklepu i szlaków w tej części Tatr , cisza i spokój, widok z okna/tarasu (ogród, piękne wille). Plus także za bardzo dobry express do kawy wlącznie z kawą, pralkę oraz garaz podziemny.

1. apartament nad bramą wjazdową do garazu. Kazde otwieranie i zamykanie - raczej słychać. 2. Zmywarka smierdzaca stęchlizną , podobnie szafka pod umywalką: ewidentnie są problemy z rurami, odpływem, nie własciwym wietrzeniem etc. 3. Okap nad kuchnią (a kuchnia w pokoju) tylko do ozdoby: nie był podłaczony do wentylacji. Zapachy w calym mieszkaniu. 4. "Telewizja satelitarna" to w rzeczywistości o ile pamietam raptem 3 kanały ; zarządczyni wytłumaczyła, ze to wina pogody (snieg), ale potem wyszło słońce, zero opadów, halnego a w kwestii tv nic się nie zmieniło 5. Słabiutkie żarówki w kinkietach nad łóżkami - nie można czytać. W salonie nie ma oddzielnego oświetlenia pod szafkami, nad blatem.

Самостоятельное заселение, есть парковочное место, большая функциональная кухня с утварью.

Скрытые платежи, неожиданная оплата за предоставление детской кроватки, залог за квартиру еще снимается на месте. В декабре при плюсовой температуре на улице в квартире было холодно у окон, очень дуло холодным воздухом. На фото и в описании квартиры указана кофеварка с капсулами, на месте капсул нет - в двух магазинах подходящих. Капсул для машины я не нашла.
