Upon check in, the hotel will conduct a pre-authorization on guest's credit card for the total of the stay, plus an amount for extra charges. Please note that the hotel does not accept checks as means of payment. All guests are required to show a valid ID upon check in. The hotels current exchange rate will be applied when paying with local currency. Please note that the hotel's exchange rate may vary from the national exchange rate. Pet Policy: Only 1 dog or cat of small breeds per room is allowed. * Maximum weight 20 kg * Up to date Health documents (vaccines, controls, etc.) * Pet must stay in the room. To walk the pet in public areas, must be done so on a leash or in an exclusive transport case or suitcase, always supervised by its owner. It cannot circulate by pool, sauna and gym. Nor can it do it in restaurants, due the inconvenience it can cause to guests * Guarantee fee US $ 200 + VAT for possible damages to furniture, bedding, curtains, floor etc. * Pet charge US $ 40 per day + VAT -- Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
