Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, who cannot do enough for you. Scenery, accommodation and facilities are first class. Food and drinks are perfect. Didn't want to leave.

"Fabulous old farm house / monastery "

Nice chilled out atmosphere with laid back but attentive staff. Quiet location maybe 20 minute walk to pollenca. Only 30 guests. Original features fabulous but looks like it was last renovated in the early 2000s and starting to feel a little in need of investment. Food ok but again is hanging on its reputation than current format. Trying too hard to be modern when should rely on simplicity and the fabulous local fresh produce

"Ylellinen maalaishotelli vuorten juurella"

Hotelli on kunnostettu todella tyylikkäästi korkealuokkaisilla materiaaleilla ja kalusteilla, pienimmätkin yksityiskohdat huomioiden. Huone oli hyvän kokoinen, vaikkei ollutkaan talon paras. Palvelu oli rentoa ja ilmeisesti myös omistajaperheen jäsenet itse työskentelevät paikan päällä. Söimme illallista talon ravintolassa, joka oli tupaten täynnä ja ilmeisen suosittu myös muiden kuin hotellin asukkaiden keskuudessa. Se oli yksi parhaista illalliskokonaisuuksista mitä olen nauttinut Mallorcalla. Myös aamiainen oli herkullinen. Läksijäislahjaksi saimme mukaamme hotellin nimeä kantavat olkihatut. Olisimme mielellään voineet viipyä pidempäänkin. Ihanteellinen paikka keväällä ja syksyllä, kesällä voi olla että merenrantaa (n. 12 km:n päässä) tulee ikävä.

"Relaxing Luxury"

The waiters are what really makes this hotel special. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are well equipped, comfortable and very clean with lots of those lovely little extra touches. Its just that the waiters make you feel special. They are warm and as friendly as you encourage them to be.

Nothing was too much trouble. The service was warm but not intrusive. Our spa bath broke mid-stay and we were immediately moved to another (even better) room.

"Tolles historisches Setting"

Alle bisherigen Kommentare über grossartiges Hotel stimmen, aber auch dass Strasse sehr nahe und Fluglärm (bei Ankunft ist sogar ein Heli gelandet, komme aber nicht oft vor). Die Poolarea war uns zu nahe beim Restaurant: man fühlt sich am Pool etwas ausgestellt und muss durch Restaurant auf Toilette. Personal ist sehr unterschiedlich: einige sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, andere nur reaktiv, gar etwas unfreundlich (erscheinen auf Nachfrage am Tisch ohne Begrüssung) und bei Check-out keine Nachfrage (deshalb die Kommentare hier) oder guten Wünsche für Weiterreise. Zimmerausstattung ganz toll = 5* ausser: kein Wasserkocher für Morgen- oder Abendtee. Und im dreiteiligen Bad ein Haken um nasses Badetuch oder Badehose aufzuhängen. Etwas mehr Stangen wäre super, Platz genug hätte es. Für 2 Tage schöne Oase, wenn einem die kleinen Mankos nicht stören.
