Bathroom was dirty- hair, shower curtain was way too long, so that you step on it when you’re in the shower, shower was curtain was orange and in need of a replacement

Location was good for what we needed.

The entire building needs to be refurbished. Old & run down. The pool was indoor and very small with no outside ventilation. On Saturday the chlorine level was Far too high. All of the kids were coughing most of the night & into Sunday, and they had red burning eyes.

The only problem during my at the hotel arranged by the Alumni Association of Groton School for our reunion weekend was that I had volunteered to be the pickup person at Logan Airport in Boston and had three persons to pick up, the first one ag 10am, the last at 1:30. During my wait I was informed of my need to return home to New Jersey that day, and at check out at about 2:30 was informed by the desk that I would be charged for Friday night as well as Thursday. I realize it was a “late” checkout, but had not expected to be charged for Friday night as I was sure the hotel would get a weekend reservation to cover that. But the charge was made. Not happy about that.

The room itself was fantastic Roomy. Clean. Great shower

The pool, the whole reason I chose this property over another in the area that I’m a rewards member of, was a major disappointment. It was covered in. Film, foggy and the pool area smelled like body odor and urine Not to mention there were no pool towels available so I tried to get some from the front desk and was handed shower mat towels and hand towels I also had to purchase pillows and have them delivered as the ones provided by the hotel were small couch size pillows
