The food in the restaurant was the only thing good and restaurant staff only.

The location is not good in very quiet residential area nothing outside the resort. We were given rooms 201 to 204 so 4 rooms near very very smelly sewer tanks smelling extremely bad. The bedding on the first night was not clean and smelling very bad and 2 rooms showers not working. On our 2nd night the guy from reception calls our room at 11 45pm just to ask of our residential address for 1 of our room guests so imagine calling you at mid night to ask you for your address that's very unprofessional from the reception desk to call at such time he could have asked us in the morning. Very very old resort and very deceiving from the pictures online so many other better resorts to book and stay a

Location suited me for work. Staff was very nice. Room size was good by Bombay standards. Shower pressure and running hot water was good. Breakfast was good.

This is def not a 4 star hotel. Room was very basic. Cleanliness was so so. The rooms overlooked the passage - so there was very little natural light.

1- Near to where we wanted to go every day 2- staff were friendly

Very nice

Breakfast was good. Buffet/ Floor manager was a nice person, accommodated us well. Breakfast has a good range of selection of foods with western/ Indian style cousins. They provide you with hot tea/ coffee/ Chai and different types of Dose, Omelets at request. In room dining has a good range and they service food till 11.00 p.m. at night.

Right at the check in, like 4.00 A.M in the morning the Hotel demanded that we pay additional amounts, which did not matched with the prices already informed by booking.com. People at the reception were very rude. They were not considerate of the situation that we were exhausted after a long air travel, even though we had two ladies as our crew at the time of check-in. Butlers are expecting us to pay tips for their help, even though its very late at night.

Location was excellent. Central to everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was good. Need to add a bit more continental food.
