Clean rooms, Good location. Friendly Staff.

I know kids can be kids, BUT parents should take some responsibility for their "crotch goblins". Children CAN be respectful. I have experienced children in hotels with manners. We will probably find another hotel chain that doesn't cater to younger families. The noise and disrespect by the children made the gatherings VERY unenjoyable. I personally did not choose to be around that many unruly children during this time. Therefore, why pay extra for your service, that caters to people that I choose not to be around...I will choose another chain. Also...staff SHOULDN"T show up at breakfast in pajamas.
