I hated that I booked this through your site and when I arrived there were no rooms available. Leaving my family and I stuck with no lodging and having to sleep in the car.

Hotel was very clean, room very clean and staff very nice.

Could hear traffic noise outside all night. There was a clicking noise constantly in the room that I couldn't identify.

Breakfast and location were both amazing, staff was friendly when interacting with the guests, the manager came out spoke to us on the dinner night, that was really nice! Having a snack and dinner option while we stayed was really refreshing and the food was great! Job well done!

Awesome! Team work describes the atmosphere. Impressive! Everyone works together to make your stay most comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness, superior comfort, and amazingly attentive “genuine personalized service.” It was everyone! From Management:“Amber” and “Casey,” Supervisors- both day and night shift, all Employees in all areas, and especially “Barbara”-front desk, who took all my stress away! As well as, breakfast and evening staff services- “Nikki”who was very much appreciated for making sure the food was presented “quickly,” and everyone behind the scenes (like the cook that made the delicious food, and the bar tender during the 5:30 hour with his awesome personality and great mixology experience). Thank you to every employee that assisted in providing all ( too many to list here) was very much appreciated with your extra sensitive care. This hotel should be a training location for all hotels. Smiling greeters on our way in and on our way out. Smooth check-in and checkout, welcoming and safe atmosphere! Reliable, fast Wi-Fi, SmartTV and many accessible USB ports. Beautifully maintained grounds inside and out, pool and hot tub area were well maintained. The extra accommodations, (delicious food) amenities and all the observant, empathetic, and warm Staff made us feel like we visited a little piece of heaven. Thank you “all” for everything you do every day to be so compassionate and caring! It is clear you all enjoy what you do! Breakfast and dinner were good, especially since they were included with room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a small bit of blood in the shower, which we discovered at about 7 pm, just after check-in. The manager had to come up and clean it, because apparently there is no housekeeping staff there in the evenings. WTF? I asked if another room was available was told there were none.
