Staff was not happy about my late check-in. I thought it was a smoke-free property. There are only a few smoke free rooms, and the one she gave me was definitely not. Heavy smoke smell in room. The room has not been updated in some time…quite dated. Bathroom was not quite as clean as I am used to…hair on sink and toilet, mold in bathroom. Best thing about room was the bed was comfortable, very cushy…wrapped right around me…though probably too soft for most people. This hotel seems more like a facility for lower income people to live in long term by splitting the rent with one or two three people. There was a lot of late night activity in many of the rooms. It worked out ok as a last minute stay…except for the smokey room issue…but would not stay there again.

Room was not secure. Window opened from the outside easily. Maintenance was poor. Most guests apparently smoked cigarettes in the non smoking rooms. Door lock was broken

We did not stay!!! They did help me cancel for free but because it was before 6.

There are no elevators and 3 floors. I had my mom, who cannot walk stairs and my toddler with a stroller. There were no floor rooms available. There's no room to park for check in and it's gated. I guess that's good but also scary. The pool looked icky too. Sorry it's so negative but for 2 women with a young child this was not a safe feeling.

There were cockroaches everywhere! We couldn’t stay in the room it was infested! The bedding had cigarette burns and the conditions were beyond horrible
