Best Western Plus Krakow Old Town

Rooms could be bigger.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Its location is perfect – all the main attractions and places worth visiting can easily be reached on foot, which made our stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is impeccable, and the breakfast is varied and of excellent quality, offering something for every taste. I would especially like to thank Rafał at the reception desk. With his patience, professionalism, and exceptional kindness, he accommodated all our requests and made our stay in Kraków truly unforgettable. I would also like to commend the entire reception team for being welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. This hotel comes highly recommended, and we would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to Kraków.

We have been staying at the hotel since Tuesday. The hotel is welcoming, clean & comfortable. The breakfadt was very good with everything you could want, both hot & cold, a great selection. The rooms have everything you need (we had a superior room), beds were comfortable & clean. The staff were very nice, friendly & helpful, especially Ela. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, between main Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarters, both a walkable distance. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was very nice and varied. We enjoyed our stay that much we booked a further night 😄

I really cannot find a fault with this hotel. My grandson and I have just had a 3 night stay here. And everything was spot on. The location is the best. An easy 15 minute walk from the main station. Turn left out of the hotel and Wawel Castle is at the top of the road, turn right out of the hotel, and you are 5 minutes from the old town. Public transport is avaible literally on the doorstep. We were in room 312 which was right in the front of the hotel, and after the first night the only traffic we heard were sirens from emergency vehicles. It helped that the beds were really comfortable too. Breakfast was amazing....so many choices both hot and cold, and everything was kept so clean. There is also a water top up station in the main lobby. Not only still water, but also a choice of sparkling; which was great for me as thats all I drink. All of the staff are so lovely and helpful, and ready to greet you with a smile and a cherry good morning/day/evening . I honestly cant recommend this hotel highly enough.
