To be honest i wouldnt stay their again!

It was not the best stay, cockroaches pretty much everywhere.staff was pretty rude . all inclusive is very limited and your not allowed to have drinks in the pool. We also got the towels pretty stinky and the restrooms have mole

La atención de personal es sobresaliente, nos dejaron hacer el check in horas antes y muy amables en todo momento

Les falta remodelar las habitaciones aunque son grandes y cómodas hay detalles el aire goteaba, y las habitaciones ya se ven un poco deterioradas aun así son cómodas y con mucho espacio

Nos gusta la ubicación. Hace varios años nos hospedamos aquí, nos encantó la hospitalidad, ubicación, todo limpio, la playa, por eso quisimos volver... Pero ahora no fue así.

En esta ocasión nos encontramos con muy poca hospitalidad. Al llegar y tener dudas y preguntar algo nos contestaron "no se" y no nos apoyaron. Y, Sobre todo una persona encargada de recibir en el restaurante llamada Lizbeth, (o algo así el nombre) cero amable, prepotente, nada servicial. :((
