Supernettes Team, Abdou und seine Kolleg*innen waren immer wahnsinnig freundlich und haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Gutes Essen, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber, tolle Rooftop-Terrassen mit kleinem Pool und beste Lage in der Medina. Wir fühlten uns sofort zuhause in dieser kleinen, ruhigen Oase!

Hem tingut una experiència fantàstica al riad on ens hem allotjat aquests dies a Marrakech. L’ambient és acollidor, tranquil i ple d’encant, amb una atenció al detall que realment marca la diferència. Està molt ben ubicat dins de la medina, en una zona molt cèntrica que et permet moure’t fàcilment i gaudir de tot el que ofereix la ciutat. Un detall que ens ha sorprès molt positivament i que diu molt del lloc és la sensació de seguretat i tranquil·litat: les habitacions ni tan sols tenen clau, fet que transmet una confiança total i et fa sentir com a casa des del primer moment. Volem fer una menció molt especial a l’Abdoul, l’encarregat, que ha estat simplement excepcional. És una persona encantadora, sempre atent, amable i disposat a ajudar en tot moment. A més, parla un castellà molt bo, cosa que ha fet que la comunicació sigui molt fàcil i agradable. Gràcies per fer-nos sentir com a casa. Sens dubte, un lloc i un equip que recomanarem! Res,tot perfecte

Abdoul the Manager and Moucchine were really helpful in arranging good transport, meals etc and finding an anazing guide for us at the Ourika waterfalls.. There was always somebody at the Riad, we had their personal tel nos if we needed them for anything. The in house Hammam was excellent, thank you Shimma. Good breakfasts and one evening meal was fresh and tasty. All staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very calm and laid back.

If we had known there were such steep steps to our bedroom we would have asked for ground floor but did not know this was an option.

Pas grand chose

I’m really happy we chose this riad out of so many options. We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The location is perfect, a true oasis of calm, even though you’re right in the heart of the medina. One of the main landmarks, Ben Youssef Madrasa, is just next door, which means you can visit it early in the morning before it gets crowded.The terrace with a small pool is beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the beds very comfortable. Our stay was also made even more enjoyable by two lovely cats. The staff were amazing and took great care of us. Special thanks to Mohssin, who was incredibly friendly and kind, and always happy to help with anything we needed. If I return to Marrakech, I would definitely choose this wonderful place again 😊
