Beautiful historic building. We stayed mid-week, so it was incredibly quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool is lovely. Will stay again!

The location in town was close to everything. The room was spacious and had character.

Coffee service not available until 8:15 am. Not enough toiletries (soap) for the family.

Other than the location, there was nothing to justify the price of this room. Hotel was very old and somewhat quaint. But, lots of little things were annoying or scary. Breakfast was take it or leave it, one selection. Bathroom door had a loose handle and was hard to open. Heater was too noisy to turn on. Bannister on the stairs was loose for wall mount and caused me to slip carrying my luggage up the long flight of stairs. There is a four or five spot parking out the back. However, when tried to exit the back with my luggage, I was berated by a woman who said it was “her establishment” and she didn’t want guests “banging up the paint” on the back door. So, I had yo go thru the front. Look, it’s her place and I don’t mind following local rules. But, she acted like I was a felon and an idiot. That in itself would keep me from coming back.

Very friendly staff

Great location, close to everything in the downtown area. Close to great bars and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. We were there near the end of the season so crowds were not a problem. Staff was excellent. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was light but a great start to the day.

No complaints.
