Rather well kept older motel. For the cost it is more upkept than most properties of this vintage, brand & pricepoint. Close to the beach & public transit. The elevator on the property is a small gem of a classic machine. Fairly well maintained bathroom. Working fridge, comfortable bed & a nice balcony. A/C worked well. No overwhelming aromas & working TV.

Carpets & fabric on chairs in the room are well-worn. Our room's toilet seat cover had some curling iron scars. Average neighborhood for AC, ability to feel comfortable very much depends on where you typically spend your time.
