NH Den Haag

Personnel super sympathique et aidant. Chambre très confortable avec une très belle vue et sans bruit de la rue. Nous avons reçu gracieusement deux petits déjeuners. Le buffet était superbe et surtout excellent. Merci! Localisation un peu à l'extérieur du centre mais à côté du tram donc super pratique.

Great room and kind staff

The staff were great! We were given good information about getting around.

It was far from the museums. There weren’t water refilling machines like in Amsterdam.

Room was big and reasonably comfortable. Location was right next to a tram stop and had parking right below it. Staff after the first night were lovely and very helpful.

We arrived late on the first night and despite giving prewarning, it took us nearly an hour to get checked in which was very disappointing. Also, there seemed to be fast and loud cars circling at all times of night and the soundproofing was poor so we struggled to get to sleep on all the nights we were there. Finally we found the parking to be very expensive charging 2.5 euros per half an hour!

Racial sithole and conditions are not authorized

There was a non-issue they didn't give me eny change to reflect or explain that it was really so not of importance. i did break eny rule there was an incident out of the hotel hours later when i was already checked out. Tonight, almost by 11 PM, by my late check-in to the NH, the Haque hotel, the receptionist confrontate me that my booking was cancelled. This after my 5th overnight sleep with, of course, well behaving and following all the conditions from day one.
