Really helpful and friendly staff on the front desk, who helped us extend our stay at extremely short notice. Room was clean, quiet, and very convenient in terms of parking and local amenities.

Clean and average property. WiFi would not work.

Easy check in and check out. Although very dated decor it was clean and in a good area. We had a downstairs room and could hear every step taken in the room above us. It was for one night only so worked.

They gave is room 18, we walked in and it had a musty/ old sweaty smell.. next to a dirty old staircase. We immediately requested a new room, this room should not be something you want people to stay in. The man at the front was very nice and didnt hesitate to switch us to a better, bigger room downstairs. Wouldnt stay in the main building again, very old .

This is the best place to stay in Big Bear....

The place is old, room was way to small, tv was small. The room was not kept. That said, is well located and the check in was fairly easy. I would not stay again given the chance

We liked that the hotel is on the corner and very close to many restaurants and the snow lifts. We loved the view of big bear lake. We booked two rooms; both were clean, spacious and cozy.
