Enjoyed it a ton. Great location

This proper was a charming time warp back to the 70s. It's cozy and fully functional for two adults. The room had plenty of room for our needs of staying 2 nights and skiing. It had an operational TV, Small Fridge, and Ski Closet. The Shower was larger than we expected. The location is prime as it is directly in the Village and dining options were directly outside within walking distance. We love the vibe for Ski vacations and plan to return. The staff was very friendly and helped us back into our room that we immediately locked ourselves out of. The doors lock immediately when you close them, so be careful not to leave your room key inside. My only recommendations is that they replace the worn out electrical sockets which cause chargers to disconnect from the power. Also, the shower faucet was incredibly short. I'm not that tall, but I'm 6' 1" and I had to bend over to get water on my head. They sell faucet extensions at Home Depot for $15 that can fix that. Over all, Robinhood Resort was a fantastic stay and I recommend it for people who want a Big Bear get way from LA.

Easy check in. Room is clean and suits my needs to come up and ride. Good spots to eat within a stones throw of the hotel. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it checks all the boxes.

I love this place andwill be back many more times. We always go for Christmas and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's right in the entrance to the village and easy to get too anywhere. We hike mainly and it's near to both trails and skiing also. Thank you to the owners this year for giving me such a fabulous room!!! I felt like i lived in the village. You made it magic.

The highlight was how nice the man was who checked us in. He was awesome. Everything else tho.... If you stay here, i highly recommend you ask for a 2nd floor room. We went up to Big Bear get out of the city for NYE - looking forward to getting good sleep and no fireworks. Whomever was above us did not sleep at all. They were up pacing and stomping on the floor all night until they left at 10am. Their thuds echoed in the room all night...all morning...it was miserable. We heard the shower, the toilet, and more pacing thuds. There was also water damage from the bathroom upstais in our bathroom as the paint was peeled off the ceiling and it was bowing. There was no light in the shower so we had to shower in the dark - not burnt out, there was no light fixture in the shower for light and the shower was behind a wall so very little light came in from the bathroom. We also ate at the restaurant on property. The staff seemed very bothered we were there and we sat and sat and sat waiting for service. Their website said they had normal menu but when we sat down they said no. I showed the page and got the response "i dont know what to tell you." If we would have known, we 100% would have gone somwhere else. For the amount we paid for this room, we really expected more.
