Me cobraron 30 mas de lo que decia la reservacion; ya mande un correo al hotel, y no he recibido respuesta, la reservacion dice que el total era de US$261.25 y el cobro a mi tarjeta fue de $292.61, espero ustedes me puedan ayudar a saber el motivo de este cargo, quedo al pendiente.

Booked through Booking.com for Memorial Day weekend. My confirmed total including taxes was $352, but at check-in the hotel charged us $394 instead. When we questioned the discrepancy, the front desk simply said that was the amount showing on their end and asked whether we still wanted to check in, despite not explaining the extra charges. Because it was late at night and nearby hotels were unavailable due to the holiday weekend, we had no practical choice but to stay. While checking in, we overheard another group who booked through Agoda experiencing the same issue. Later that night, we also found multiple Google reviews mentioning similar unexpected charges. At checkout, the manager acknowledged the discrepancy and told us he would refund the extra $42. More than a week later, no refund has appeared on our credit card. When I called the hotel, the manager claimed the refund had already been issued but provided no confirmation or documentation. Very disappointing experience. I recommend travelers carefully review their final charges if booking through third-party platforms.

Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert und mit zahlreichen Details praktisch gestaltet. Zu dem Preis hätten wir nicht damit gerechnet. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Personal hat auf dem Zimmer freundlich nachgefragt, wie es uns geht und ob etwas fehlt. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt, toll! Eine Ruhestörung in der ersten Nacht hat das Personal umgehend behoben.

Die fehlenden Liegestühle am Pool und ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, sonst nichts.

Wszystko jest nowe, niezniszczone czyste i pachnące.
