"Danke für diese familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel, es war ein toller Aufenthalt!"

Ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Prima Frühstücksbuffet. Erstaunlich ruhig trotz Nähe zum Zentrum. Küchenausstattung: alles, was man so benötigt, alles funktionstüchtig und sauber. Kein Frage: wenn wieder Aix en Provence, dann sicher wieder dieses Hotel. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl hier.

Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

"Very good option in Aix en Provence"

This hotel is in a very good location and our 1 bed room apartment offered everything we needed. The staff are friendly. It would have been helpful to explain on check in that there is no daily cleaning service.

Very clean Unit very small but exceptionally we organized. Functional for cooking but tight. Nice to have a balcony. Kids played foosball in lobby Groceries around the corner Quick walk to core of old town Good breakfast Biggest of all was staff were so friendly… stayed an extra day… shout out to Hugo at front desk.

Picky items: pan was worn which I don’t like w non stick… dish washer did not work but we did not notice to end as we washed by hand… balcony is very tight. Room is very small but welcome to Europe.👍
