The property is very well located, walking distance to everything and next to the beautiful lake. Clark the owner is extremely careful in every detail, the room is impeccable, best quality sheets, towels & delicious breakfast.

This B n B was outstanding for my wife and I. The town is small and quaint with good food and a nice walk through town. Clark the owner was so nice and gave us a rundown of the town and where to eat. The house was beautiful and out room was super clean with an amazingly comfortable bed. The view was amazing to behold with view of the lake and town center. In the morning Clark cooked us an amazing frittata with chicken sausage while giving us amazing conversation. Recommend this place 10 times out of 10 it is a must see stay in Skaneateles!

The location, the Innkeeper, the breakfast and the coziness all blended together to make this trip wonderful.

It was all wonderful. The bathroom was a little small but fine for two people.

Great stay in Skaneateles, the attention to detail and the customer service at this B&B were outstanding. The location ideal and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Thank you to Clark for making my trip so amazing. I will definitely return.

Exceptional!! My husband and I stayed 2 Nights for a weekend getaway! The location is perfect - across the street from the lake!! The accomodations are cozy, warm and so comfortable ! Clark, the owner is also exceptional !! He is truly amazing!! His gourmet breakfasts were so delicious ! What an amazing weekend! Thank You for the best stay!
