Sima Hotel Kuta Lombok

I very much enjoyed my stay at Sima and hope to return. The rooms were very comfortable; spacious and kept clean. The beds are excellent and there was a good shower. The staff were lovely…very genuine, helpful and pleasant. Location is great you walk out into the main street so everything is easily accessible. Parking available for scooters and always room to park. The early timing of breakfast was excellent if you want to head out for an early surf…

There was some construction happening but that can’t be helped as they are trying to further improve the hotel which is a positive in the long term. Not a big issue and did not spoil my time at all.

Clean, beautiful landscaping and good food

一开始前台给我们安排了一个非常偏远的一个房间，房间洗手台发霉，屋子也很潮湿，需要走很远很远才能到，和我们预定的图片不一样。于是我下楼和前台反馈，她说这个就是我们预定的房间，我们问可不可以换一个，她表示换价位高的需要补差价但是换价位低的差价不退。然后我们用另外的手机对比我们的订单，告诉她我们定的就是有阳台且一楼的房间，房间名字都是一样的，她才没有继续狡辩，然后给我们换到了我们预定的房间。主要是换酒店非常疲惫，他们非常的不人性化。

Très bien situé, à 400m de la plage et dans la rue de tous les bons restaurants Chambre calme avec balcon Eau à volonté Ménage tous les jours si on le souhaite 2 belles piscines avec bar à côté / la piscine est chauffée ++ Wifi qui fonctionne très bien Clim aussi facile à régler L’accès salle de gym climatisée avec tapis de course et poids Petits déjeuner en mode buffet à volonté avec beaucoup de choix salés et sucrés Personnel très disponible et souriant

Hotel ma skvelou polohu na hlavni ulici. Pokoje jsou klasicky hotelove. Spise nic neocekavejte. Byli jsme tri noci a z toho byla 2x snidane servirovana a 1x byl bufet- asi podle obsazenosti. Dobry bazen, ale hotel samotny nas nijak neuchvatil. Za tu cenu bych si predstavovala opravdu neco lepsiho.

Primo pod okny pokoje probiha rekonstrukce a rovnez v casti hotelu se rekonstruuji pokoje.

Breakfast was great, Western style available as well as some Indonesian menu items too. Good variety buffet.

The aerator on the sink faucet was missing, causing water to pool on the bench.

We basically liked it, probably should have rated higher if we have got room in the end of hotel where resatuarant and second pool is

There was construction near first rooms currently and we woke up by constructions works

Sehr zentrale Lage in Kuta. Ein schöner Pool. Ein weiterer Pool, der zu meiner Reise neben einer Baustelle (das neue Café des Hotels) lag. Es gibt einen Wasserspender auf dem Flur. Vor allem beim Frühstück sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, Auswahl vegetarisch aber eher gering.

Das Gym ist veraltet, aber für ein kurzes Training tauglich. Preis Leistung im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Kuta unattraktiv.

We could walk to the main restaurants which was very convenient, the staff was super friendly helping us with everything, ask for their help! We made a massage and totally reccomend it!

It was Ramadan and the noises of the nearby mosque were just too loud, not totally hotel’s fault but it was very hard to sleep.
