The evening concierge on the night of the 25th of April was amazing. We loved the service and would happily come back

Everything went smooth. Great customer service. Good location, lots of stuff close by in walking distance. We had a 2 bedroom suite, perfect for us. Staff were friendly and when i said we were there for my sons 7th birthday and he was looking forward to the pool, we were quite sad to see it was closed. The staff then organised a surprise dessert and card wishing him a happy birthday. He was very happy with that. We ended up having a great time and got out explored the City instead.

One of the bedrooms was slightly cold. Could hear noises from above, people walking around, creaking. The only other downside was the pool being closed as that was one of our main reasons for booking :(
