Sure Hotel by Best Western Calais Coquelles Tunnel s/ Manche

Presentation was very good and everything was fresh. There was a very good variety of food to choose from

Nicely presented , good atmosphere, very nice people and helpful

As it was hot could do with a stand up fan, for circulation, as they have heaters but no cooling.

Room quite cramped and dated

L’accueil le samedi, le monsieur a été très accueillant et c’est lui qui est venu changé la housse de couette et mettre une nouvelle boîte de mouchoirs dans la salle de bain qui était vide. et le dimanche, le couple était aussi accueillant, et c’est à ce Monsieur que j’ai dit que les serviettes sont restées toute la journée mouillée à terre et les poubelles pas vidées, le dimanche en fin d’après midi. 😫

La propreté La chambre n’a pas été faites le dimanche Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées Le Monsieur a dû changer la housse de couette car il y avait deux grosses taches jaunes dessus.

The hotel staff, without exception were friendly and helpful. The room was small, but more than adequate for an overnight stop. There was a good choice for breakfast. I wouldn't call the area around the hotel as pretty but it's proximity to the channel tunnel was only minutes away. I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and will use it again on my next trip to UK if possible.

There was nothing bad at this hotel , in fact it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely use it again.

A repeat visit. Had the same superior room so as expected. Breakfast basic but adequate.

Bar tends to close early.
