The facility was located in a nice area, I liked the "vintage" feel of the hotel.

The on-site manager had a horrible attitude. I asked to move to a larger room due to feel a bit claustrophobic and they moved me to a larger room on the same floor. I was relaxing and the TV was not working and I called down to the front desk they stated someone would be up to check it out but after an hour and a half wait, they never did. I called the front desk to inquire about the ETA or if they would reduce the rate due to this inconvenience (or send the person up asap). They said they couldn't and that they could move me instead. When I went to get the new key in the lobby, bringing all my stuff with me, they asked if I really wanted to stay there since I was having such a difficult time there. It was her words and the way she asked this that were very condescending.

They let me check in one hour early ! People at front desk were super nice. The room is comfortable and it’s in middle of downtown. It was one minute away to where I had to visit. The price was great ! I would stay there again !
