Very attentive to their customers. Friendly professional staff. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Rooms were very quiet. You couldn't hear through the walls.

The check in process was electronic. The help desk attendant at night, must have been ready to leave. The morning attendant was very helpful. I liked liked that the room was cozy. The breakfast was delicious.

I didn't like the additional $50 placed on my card for incidents. The shower spewed water all over the bathroom floor. A microwave and refrigerator would have been nice.

Excellent location, pleasant staff, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Corridor carpets seriously needed vacuuming, don’t think they were during my five night stay. Room wasn’t serviced a couple of days, not a big deal but on vacation ya wanna be pampered. 🙂

Professional. Quick to respond requests. Very professional. 5 star hotels could learn from these people.

Staying for an additional day was tedious. You couldn't just call down and add a day. You had to go online and actually book for that additional night. You could request to stay in the same room on the resv. I ended going down to concierge desk to make sure I would not be assigned a different room.
