the cheerfulness and 'can-do' attitude of ALL of its staff. Any issues were swiftly addressed. Even a typhoon (out of their control) but still apologised for & coped with. Amazing holiday. We will be back.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Einrichtung, in idyllischer Landschaft eingebettet. Kulinarisch ebenfalls überzeugend mit Buchungsmöglichkeiten in den vielzähligen Restaurants des gesamten Ressort-Komplexes! Meer und Strand sind sehr einladend.

I couldn’t have wished for a better first holiday with our eight month baby. Everything was perfect!

Amazing service and very relaxing

This has to be one of the best breaks and fabulous 5* customer experience. From the welcome to Sani Club- swift check-in by Ilias, to the last day transfer. The staff all very obliging and available at anytime- makes the stay very easy. The spa, the pool, the activities on offer and a delight to have a Nespresso machine in the room! Dimitra at the Pines pool so helpful. The buggy drivers-amazing. The management have thought of everything in fine detail. Ms Chrisa at the Spa room and Thalia and all the spa staff were so personal, without imposing.Treatments were amazing. The shuttle services ran like a swiss machine- well and timely! Half board allowed for great dining experiences- esp Ergon and Fresco. The daily activities are listed on the leaflet on the breakfast table so one can go an enjoy, yoga or pilates, archery- Anna is great at what she does in this area. Recommend waterboard pilates. A big shout out to Antanas & Boris at Olympus Breakfast who served us with such pleasure. The beach is raked very early daily,I noticed and the deckchairs are ready with clean towels constantly. We did not get to meet the GM personally, but want to thank you and your Teams for an amazing stay. We will be returning! The Sani Club and neighbouring Sani hotels are all kept very clean. The Marina is a great place to visit too and catch a music show post dinner at the Garden theatre. Interesting to meet other Guests who were sharing the same thoughts. Says it all!

Sani Club customer service is superb! The facilities are brilliant and the food is delicious tastiest and most delicious meals and deserts that we have ever tasted :) My family and I travel a lot in 5 star accomodation around the world & for us Sani Club has provided the most memorable holiday experience for the past 5 years. The staff that work there have superb attitude and are incredible in making your stay easy, pleasurable and free flowing. Nothing is too hard for them, from the person that helps you with your luggage to the person that serves you by the pool. Not only that they have your best interest intentions but they communicate in a manner that is engaging and gracious. We are particularly grateful to Sinisha, Dimitra Atanas and many others for making our stay superb. This place is run like Ritz Carlton - I teach management strategies at Universities and this place is a text book example of perfect customer service!!! 👍 Well done

Wir hatten einen Traumhaft schönen Urlaub in diesem sehr Kinderfreundlichem Hotel. Es war alles perfekt. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos nett, Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Kinderspielplatz ein Traum. Die Geräte aus guten Holz und überdacht. Das Essen war hervorragend und täglich gab wechselnde lokale und internationale Spezialitäten. Wir konnten hier sehr gut die Seele baumeln lassen und sind erholt nach Hause geflogen. Wir werden wiederkommen.
