Hotel Marina Puerto Dorado

Ambiente familiar, las habitaciones algo descuidadas, con goteras, poca variedad de comida en el restaurante pero está bien ya que hay pocas personas y el ambiente es relajante. Sólo hubiera esperado que fuera un poco más económico en cuanto al precio ya que por lo que pagué y lo que recibí me quedaron a deber

NO PUEDO OPINAR DE ALGO QUE NO CONOZCO, PORQUE SIETE DIAS ANTES DE MI RESERVA, ENTRE A LA PAGINA DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DE EXPEDIA Y GENERE UN CAMBIO DE FECHA DEL 8 AL 10 DE JULIO DEL 2020 MOTIVADO POR LA CRISIS DEL CORONAVIRUS, EL TRAMITE SE GENERO CON EXITO. SIN EMBARGO ME ESTAN LLEGANDO ESTOS MENSAJES PIDIENDOME MI OPINION SOBRE EL HOTEL, COMO SI HUBIESE VIAJADO AL MISMO. CREO QUE MEREZCO SE TOMEN LA ATENCION DE EXPLICARME QUE FUE LO QUE SUCEDIO CON MI CAMBIO DE FECHA. YO SOLO ESTOY ESPERANDO LACONFIRMACION DEL HOTEL DE QUE NO REALIZARON LOS CAMBIOS PARA HACER PUBLICA Y LEGAL MI INCONFORMIDAD.

Lo que no me gusto fue que la primera noche no aplico la reserva y tubimos que pasar en una habitacion muy descuidada

Upon check in, I was told I didn’t have reservations through Expedia, even though I did. Then I was told to come back at 1pm & I would have a room. The room was still not ready. I was not happy with check in, the room or food. Hotel is old, bed was hard as a brick & food was not good at all. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!😡

las habitaciones están un poco descuidadas y poca higiene. mi esposo salio todo en ronchado de la cama donde se acosto y solo fueron 2 horas el personal muy amable

The staff, the beach, the view, and the room. We had a great time with with the family.

It was under construction and the beds we're very uncomfortable
