Ziemlich zentral gelegen

Die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr unfreundlich. Am Ankunftstag war es sehr kalt und wir wollten die Klimaanlage höher stellen ,aber es ging nicht. Daraufhin fragte ich an der Rezeption nach ob die Klimaanlage defekt sei. Die Antwort war es geht nicht wärmer, wir sollten uns einfach wärmer anziehen. Beim Frühstück und auf den Etagen war das Personal angenehm.

"Hotel é bom e tem funcionários atenciosos na recepção."

O quarto é simples mas confortável e tem um bom tamanho. Cama, travesseiros, roupa de cama e banho são bons. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas se for tomar mais tarde alguns itens não são repostos, como por exemplo o pastel de natas.

Nos dois últimos anos que estive no Porto fiquei hospedada no hotel. Mas o preço da hospedagem na cidade subiu muito de um ano para o outro.
